ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES

(EPCs)

With a growing focus on building and developing homes to be increasingly energy efficient, Sussex Property Search want to be able to give clients the very best and up to date advice to do so. Now with Energy Performance Accreditation, we are not only able to advise on how energy efficient a property currently is but also how to improve the energy efficiency of any residential property. 

If you require an EPC for your property, or require one within a very short timescale, Sussex Property Search are able to do so for you. You will receive a copy of the certificate with details on how to improve the EPC rating and this will be logged on the HMRC database.
