STUDIO APARTMENT IN CENTRAL BRIGHTON

Sussex Property Search were asked to source a property to add to a portfolio for a buy-to-let investor, who had a very specific criteria. This property was due to go to auction but, having completed full due diligence on the legal pack, Sussex Property Search managed to negotiate an offer and a swift exchange prior to making it to the auction room.

It needed a complete overhaul and with the client not having the time to manage this themselves, they asked us to design and manage the refurbishment from start to finish. We created a high-end rental property and achieved a record for the agreed monthly rent in the local area for an apartment of that size.

SOUTH KENSINGTON APARTMENT

Having managed a refurbishment for a client who purchased with Sussex Property Search in Haywards Heath, they requested some assistance with their London apartment as it had not had any updating since the 1990’s.

The client was happy for Sussex Property Search to make the majority of decisions in design and feel, whilst sticking to a strict budget. Being North facing with no direct light, we created clever lighting through Lutron zoned systems and created a calm and enjoyable space to be in, whilst being able to enjoy direct views over the beautifully manicured communal gardens from the bedroom mezzanine area.

The works dramatically increased the rental and square footage sales values.

TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT IN HOVE

Sussex Property Search were given a brief to find an apartment where value could be added as a move to Hove wasn’t confirmed due to work commitments. Clever budgeting, stylish finishes and attention to detail meant that the finished article was something that would appeal to the majority of buyers and have huge demand on the sales market.

This property went back to the market once renovations were complete and created a good margin for the client.
